With early careers intertwined in the construction industry and both graduating from Carson Dunlop School of Home Inspection, both Stavros and Michael discovered a strong working synergy and shared a similar vision for a construction venture.
Their combined skills and expertise came together in the incorporation of Bordwell Contracting Inc in 2014.

Bordwell Contracting is a different kind of contracting company. They take the care to coordinate your entire project so that it runs smoothly from start to finish. Whatever the construction or repair dilemma, they provide quality work and impeccable service to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of their clients.
Stavros Bordwell
Originally from Perth, Ontario, Stavros began his construction career at the age of 18. Gaining early experience building radar towers both domestically and internationally. Later, he went on to become a window and door installer before moving to BC.
After his move to Vancouver in 2007 , he became a cabinet maker/installer and finishing carpenter. Stavros's work on-site eventually led into the world of construction deficiency remediation at the Olympic Village (now The Village on False Creek) where he decided to strike out on his own and become a subcontractor.
After meeting Mike, it was clear that they shared a vision and they started Bordwell Contracting Inc together.
After 2 decades of construction in a varying array of fields, Stavros feels comfortable in saying he can help you with any aspect of your project from beginning to end.
Michael Eistetter
Originally from the Sunshine Coast, Mike began working in the trades over two decades ago. Starting in drywall, he moved on to foundations and framing in residential construction before transitioning into painting.
After moving to Vancouver in 2009, Mike began his career in deficiency resolution, working his way up to become the Foreman for a local deficiency company, managing large crews and job sites.

Having spent the majority of his working life in the construction industry, Mike is a skilled tradesman with both interior and exterior experience.
Partnering with Stavros was an easy decision, as they both share the same vision. They bring complementary skills that can cover almost every aspect of the job, which takes the stress off of you.
